To get SpatiaLite Gui use the following Link http://www.gaia-gis.it/gaia-sins/windows-bin-amd64-latest/
Download the file and Unzip the EXE will launch SpatialLiteGui.
Input Data into Database
- Open the SpatiaLite GUI
- Open the database or create a new database.
- Load Shape File
- Load Geo-json File
